Sleeping pill

This audiobook worked like a sleeping pill for me. I have trouble in sleeping at night. Heard about this audiobook from a friend and tried it. The soothing music works like a charm. No trouble to sleep at night now.

Feeling sleepy

I had to take sleeping pills in order to get myself to fall asleep. As time went on the sleeping pills were not working for me. Then I happen to see the Powerful Deep Sleep and Bedtime Affirmations and it changed everything. Thank you for this wonderful audiobook!

Highly recommend!!!

I have heard that the last thing you think about before you go to bed is the thing you’ll dream about and wake up to. With that said, I want to go to bed with positive thoughts. Right before I go to bed I will listen to this on a timer and go to sleep with positive thoughts so I dream better and wake up in a better mood ready to start the day

Sweet Dreams

This audible book, helps to block out distracting sounds around you, so that you can go to sleep faster. It has great information on how to improve your mindset. I love the affirmations it really helped me understand how to make them real and usable. Just bliss!

Go to sleep with this every night.

This is Gold!

This did wonders for me as someone who chronically has trouble falling asleep. The narration is very soothing and the hypnosis puts you in a deeply relaxed state without any effort on your part. I found it very effective and relaxing. It did put me to sleep multiple times and is my go-to at the moment when those restless, tossing-and-turning nights come.
