Lots of great info

We utilize the apple scrap jam formula constantly and have made ACV from this book too. It is simple for an amateur to use as well as intriguing for the carefully prepared canner/preserver. I have partaken in the fascinating food blends and awesome ways to save cash on lack of hydration and pickling. Would energetically suggest this book.

Good information

Has given numerous extraordinary thoughts no matter how you look at it for safeguarding food. Extremely instructive!!! Simple plans and significant attention to little subtleties. I know about most food conservation yet can constantly find out additional.

Nice book

This book is not even close to comprehensive, it has numerous magnificent choices for protecting summer's abundance. The bearings are not difficult to follow and the clarifications are intriguing... I love the enormous photographs as well. This would be an extraordinary gift for the vegetable nursery worker in your life.

Lovely and very comprehensive

This was a thorough and exceptionally extensive book on safeguarding food sources. Different strategies, gambles, and best practices are completely examined. Decent tables, freezing, canning, pressure canning, drying out, aging, cheddar and yogurt making, and so on...
