Skip first 1.5 hrs, the rest is AWESOME
The first hour and a half of the book is a lot of set up and him relating his experiences, which is fine but if you want to get to the meat and potatoes just skip ahead.
He gives a lot of practical, pragmatic, actionable advice which is very helpful. I'm glad to have found this book. Highly recommend it!
Again skip the front part if you just want to get to the insight.

I couldn’t stand the narrator and took too long to get going!
I couldn’t get past the narrator! I had to stop! The narrator spend way too much time trying to convince us that he will share something great and he just needed to get to the meat quicker! Lost my interest before getting into the meat.

Unfortunately this book is a sales pitch
The book introduces some interesting topics, but if it actually spent the time it took promoting some expensive course on actually explaining the steps then maybe you'd walk away with more action steps. Really disappointed.
