This is all truth!

Any additional comments?

Ever since politics begin there will always be many different issues about it. It is mainly due to people who wants power to excel. Amazing I have this audio to listen to and share this to my colleagues. Fruitful enough to learn.

Silence of the Back Stabbing Lambs

Office politics are a fact of life. It doesn't matter if you like them or not. It doesn't matter if you think politics are amoral or wrong. It doesn't matter if you think things should be different. Similar to the way gravity is a fact of life, whether you like it or not or think it should be different. The simple fact is that office politics exist and they affect you.

Any additional comments?

If you're new to the workplace or having trouble meshing with an employee or an employer, I think this is a very valuable guide in how to handle yourself in the office workplace. Office Politics

I thought the information in this book always shared by word of mouth and I will never have access if I am not friedly with a player. I could relate everything with an event or person at office. If you are wondering why you are treated in some way at office even you are the top performer... this is the book for you to start with.

Like to thank the author

Office politics are a fact of life. It doesn't matter if you like them or not. It doesn't matter if you think politics are amoral or wrong. The simple fact is that office politics exist and they affect you. This book is a tightly written guide to understanding them and using them. As soon as I got into the book, a lot of things that had left me puzzled over the years became clear. And the landscape of politics, past and present, that previously seemed hidden came into plain view. One of the best things about the book is that it's not boring. Refreshingly blunt and full of practical information, the book is clearly and concisely recorded, and easily understood. It's interesting because it uses many great anecdotes and real life examples we can all relate to. I saw myself and some co-workers in many of the examples.

What you need to know about drama in the workplace

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I have several friends who complain about their office politics regarding who's dating who and with wanting to get a promotion. I would direct them to this audiobook.

What other book might you compare Office Politics 101 to and why?

There isn't really any other books like this one. So it's pretty unique!

Any additional comments?

The most beneficial part of this books is if you want to progress your career and move up the corporate ranks, then this book is really good at giving you advice on just how to do that. It also talks about 10 negative lifestyles as to why many workers are stuck in the job rut. Good audiobook with real world content.
