Some damaging concepts

There are some valid ideas in this book, but these concepts bothered me.
- Her psychiatrist knew "a little" about OCD but she knew "a lot"
- She claims to approve of some uses of medication but disapproves of reliance on it. That demonstrates poor research and stigma.
- Her general solution is more or less "mind over matter," a massive oversimplification and an insult to many.
