What a wonderful love story, loved the characters but was a little frustrated with the heroine insecurities it took her so long to figure out her feelings which made the story a little boring. Love the ending.

Jordan was more than the personne that he was gifted with his basketball status. Miriam was the smart artist with a quick mouth and a job she loves.

Miriam had a bad experience with and athlete and it has colored her relationships with others. One night of complete abandon gives her a glimpse at a world she wanted no part of. It also gave her the man she would find so hard to resist. She could not would not kick him out of her life. Jordan was so much more than a one time hook up. He was put in the friend zone after one blissful night with his dream girl.

After understanding clearly that he was in love with her and she would joy love him back. He tries to set her up with a teammate. Feeding him information on her likes and dislikes. Then it all comes out and he has to be honest with Miriam and himself.

Narration moved things along but honestly after finishing. I do not remember the narrators individually. I found it smooth running.

This was a really cute and funny story. Some of it even hit home for me. The way accountability is taken in this book from all characters was amazing. You can learn a few good lessons just by listening. I can’t think of a better takeaway.

This was a good friends-to-lovers romance. Basketball based. It was really good! My heart broke for some of the characters, I liked the friendships that were throughout this romance, and the narrators were good! I would recommend this! Naima Simone wrote another wonderful storyline!

These two were so real. The book gave me all the feels and had characters with amazing chemistry. The surrounding characters add to and brought the story to life. so much to unpack here. I'm looking forward to more Levi and hope to see some joy for Daniel. Great narration!

I adore this book. Miriam is a certified genius and uses her knowledge as 1/3rd of BURNED, Inc. and as the best-selling author of a fantasy book series. The relationship between her and Jordan Ransom is fiya, to say the least. I hope this author pens more books in this series.

A steamy best friends to lovers story that I loved. :) I loved the nerdiness and fierceness of Miriam. Jordan was the perfect mix of sexy and sweet. The narrators did a great job.
