About this listen

Struggling to “let go” of frustrations or stop rehashing events? Is too much time spent overthinking? Does it take too long to make decisions or meet personal goals? These obstacles can cause procrastination or block the flow of positive energy.

Certified life coach, longtime health care professional, and cancer survivor, Virginia Ritterbusch lived with anxiety from a trauma experienced very early in life. Tired of fear and doubt, she began researching self-help strategies. She also sought the guidance of a counselor where she learned the professionally proven technique of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). The NLP reframing technique triggered her journey for understanding and working with fears that created obstacles in her life.

NLP expands and alters how you view a situation. Turning problems into opportunities is demonstrated throughout Reframe Your Viewpoints. Plus, reframing allows the results to be measured and quantified. In addition, Virginia presents eight strategies for handling anxiety that expand NLP holistically and support its practice in self-management. She shows how these simple strategies can be worked comfortably into already established daily routines - making habit-building of the strategies and the regular use of reframing very doable.

Reframing is quick to learn. Practice makes it a habit!

In Reframe Your Viewpoints, you’ll learn about:

  • Self-leadership through daily struggles
  • Ways to channel uncertainly into constructive actions
  • Easy-to-create habit-building strategies
  • How your breath can switch out self-talk
  • Launching self-awareness through present moment mindfulness
  • Creating change is a byproduct of self-awareness
  • Repurposing struggles as strengths for creating change

Consider where this information could lead. In tying together self-awareness, the eight strategies, reframing, and self-leadership skills, you might decide it’s time to write your second-half-of-life story.

Good content slight monotone

Goes over all the parts and steps involved. Personally it touched on many areas of my life that I’m working on so I liked that. The voice was very matter of fact without emphasizing in tone or emotion which was good having it be about the content and just slightly robotic in some moments, sometimes having personality from the reader is too over the top so it was on the far end of the spectrum from that.
