Like sitting with Ford Taylor in person
Ford Taylor doesn't just read his book; he is WITH you. It feels personal. This book covers important points from the actual Transformational Leadership training and is a good read/listen before or after attending the seminar to help your learning of "simple but not easy" principles go deep. Then again, if you can't attend the training, this book "on its own" gives you important tools to improve your leadership and advance your organization. I have attended his training, read his book, and thoroughly enjoyed listening to it through audible.

Required Listening for ALL leaders!
I wish I had this resource ten years ago. Still incredibly helpful right now and is full of tools that I will go back to time and time again. I have since listened 2.5 times and completed a live training and signed up for TL On demand. I am also finding many business clients who are embracing the same tools and seeing immediate results.
