Best leader ship Jon Keck read in 10 years, and the rock. Granny second Avenue again thank you

Susan Scott is descriptive, engaging, practical, and force!

Like a gentle Enrico Lions season slowly presents the case, with Howard yeah she orchestration hello stranger how to have hard conversations, with difficult people, with those you love, and everyone around you!

You will learn how to deal with those awkward and weird situations you rarely do anything about except avoid. With practical skills, illustrations, and clear guidance she will show you how to navigate these hard waters.

She embraces what it means to be accountable, responsible, not a victim but a victim.

You should rock this to the top of your reading list and starting today!

This is something I read several times over the next couple years just to reinforce it.

You’re not having conversations until you’re having FIERCE CONVERSATIONS

This book is absolutely incredible. The way in which the author Susan weaves anecdotal stories of her life throughout this profound book to make even more profound points based on her team’s coaching approach is phenomenal, real, sobering.

If you take nothing else away from this book, take away the Mineral Rights approach to having perceived difficult conversations. Everyone should be asking themselves, in EVERY situation, “What are you pretending not to know?”.
