About this listen
ECPA BESTSELLER • Practical, biblical guidance for every step of your relationship journey—from single to dating to engaged to married from the bestselling author of Stop Waiting for Permission.
“A helpful resource for anyone looking . . . to align their relationship with God’s heart.”—Tim Timberlake
When it comes to romantic relationships, have you ever felt like you are navigating without a GPS, broken down with no help in sight, or running on empty—miles from the nearest gas station? Has the modern dating scene left you heartsick or hopeless? If so, you’re not alone, and it’s not too late to get on the highway toward your desired destination.
In Relationship Road Map, pastor and bestselling author Stephen Chandler mines Scripture for practical applications to bring hope, healing, and redirection to your journey. Whether you’re single and searching, delving into dating, engaged, or jaded from too many bad dates, the hard-won wisdom and biblical insights in this book will set you on a course toward a healthier, more fulfilling relational future.
As he unfolds the road map, Chandler lays out the keys to navigating your way to the altar and beyond, including the importance of
• beginning your dating journey with marriage in mind
• getting a spiritual tune-up by inviting God to prepare you for the journey
• avoiding dating hazards, dead ends, and obstacles along the route
• following the road rules—dating with integrity and intentionality
• seeking wisdom from seasoned travelers—inviting accountability into your dating journey
• kicking relational hitchhikers to the curb—knowing when the person you are dating isn’t the right one
With guidance tailored to the unique perspectives of both women and men, Relationship Road Map speaks to the intricate wiring in all of us, the need to consult the ultimate Instruction Manual at key junctions, and the fuel it will take to arrive safely at the destination where your heart longs to go.
An exciting journey awaits—are you ready to hit the road?

The Father Daughter Talk is the response of a father and pastor to what has become a generation of credulous women. Many women are conditioned and manipulated by a perverted male society and are relegated to acquiescing to positions of sexual objectivity. The premise is that because the presence of functional fathers is less and less, today, young girls are growing into womanhood without the benefits of having had a father’s guidance and instruction.

Story
One of the finest gifts you can give to your children is the powerful force of generational blessings pursuing them. This book describes how you can appropriate the blessings already in your family line, then widen and deepen the stream of blessings so your children have more to draw from than you did. Unfortunately, we rarely see that level of impact. Why is God's powerful tool so ineffective in our generation? There are at least three reasons. One is that too often our generational curses neutralize the power of the blessings.

There are many wounded and brokenhearted people in the Body of Christ who are suffering in their minds and emotions. The battleground of Satan's attack has been in the mental arena. Yet there has not been any practical teaching that would guide people into mental and emotional wholeness. This book will show you how to reverse the emotional curse and, in so doing, open the door for physical healing and miracles in believers' lives. Doctors cannot reverse the curse of sickness. Only Jesus can reverse the curse and bring perfect healing and wholeness to an individual's life. In the book, you will learn how to activate God's power in your body by speaking and acting your faith upon God's Word.

The table has always been the spiritual, emotional, and relational center of a well-lived. The table is a central metaphor of throughout Scripture and it's where the real substance of life—from the mundane to the magnificent—is dreamed up, planned out, prayed over, accomplished, and celebrated. Yet most people aren't intentional about taking a seat at the table of their own lives—let alone prioritizing the important things that happen around the tables in their homes, at work, and beyond.

Marriage is one of the greatest gifts God ever created for mankind, besides His son Jesus. In the Garden of Eden, God said that it was not good that man was alone, so He created Eve out of Adam's side (Genesis 2). Desiring a counterpart and oneness with another person is built into the deepest and oldest parts of our human nature. God also tells us in His Word to present all of our requests to Him (Philippians 4:6). We want to encourage you and your desire for marriage by urging you to pray for your heart and the heart of your future spouse. 31 Prayers For My Future Husband was written for ...

For years, Americans dutifully watched as contestants faced uncomfortable situations regarding their race and gender, body-shaming, stereotyping, and problematic photoshoots. Pastor and Grammy-nominated recording artist Travis Greene issues a challenge and asks us to examine our prayers—Are we praying for the right thing? Story
Years ago, Tabitha Brown started a 30-day personal challenge that she called “I Did a New Thing!” The challenge was simple. Every day she would do something she’d never done before. Sometimes it was something small like trying a new food. Other times, she’d step it up a bit and speak to someone she’d never spoken to before. Still other times, she’d do the hard thing—facing a fear that she had, like having that tough conversation with a friend. No matter what it was, the point was that she was going to take a leap of faith and watch God open up a new lane for her.

I’ve read so many books on dating, godly dating, marriage, and even being a wife. But this is by far the most practical books. He not only gives you very doable instructions, he gives you insight to know where you are NOW and he gives you the reasons why the advice is necessary— tying it back to holy living.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and I believe it’s come at a time where I feel the most fulfilled, whole, healthy, and God-centered I’ve been in years.
This is the space I know God has been ushering me towards. This is the space where I know I’ll meet and recognize my husband. This book also came on time because I met a great guy a few weeks ago and we’re having our second date this weekend. So far, this book has affirmed that we both have been taking the right steps to remain godly in this experience. I’m so excited!
Thank you, Pastor Stephens and Zai. I know God will bring me into a marriage that reflects His love to the world.
