The Best Way to Lose the Weight
What made the experience of listening to Reprogram Your Weight the most enjoyable?
I've read this book previously and it helped me lose weight immediately. But having the added dimension of listening to Erika Flint review her concepts, has made the process even better. Listening and re-listening to the key points while walking and in my car keeps reinforcing the important concepts about weight loss and my own journey to a better self.

Excellent audio book!
There are so many words of advice! I recommend anyone to read for freedom of how to lose weight. I personally chose hypnosis with erika, would do this again when I need more guidance! Thanks Erika, you are amazing! With love, Ruthann

Amazing book
I had low expectations for this book. I've read too many books, articles, etc about losing weight and I never implemented any of the advice. But this book was different. Erica explains why we over eat and how to change our eating habits. Her voice is so soothing. I'm going to listen to it a second time.

Enjoyable book about wieghtloss hypnosis
I very much enjoyed the book, it gave a primer to think of different approaches to weight loss through hypnosis as well as conscious decision making. The author narrates and has a voice that is easy to follow along with. I also followed along with the hardcopy as I am going to be going through hypnosis training with her this year. I look forward to the experience.
