Good, helpful, but redundant
Don’t get me wrong, this is a great book with real advice. The problem lies on in that it is redundant and the author’s voice is very tranquilizing. This put me to sleep many times.

EVERYONE needs this book!! Life altering!💥
I have been searching for tools and resources through the pandemic to help my family and friends who are educators, professional care givers, parents and community leaders- and everyone is struggling in so many ways how to bring some sense of normalcy back to post pandemic life.
Doreen’s book is as practical as it is inspiring. Her authentic approach and voice provides tactical tools for all of us to implement into our daily lives.
The book has given me so much hope and has changed my outlook- I honestly think anyone can benefit!! Money well spent- thank you Dr Doreen Dodgen-Magee!🙏🏽

I really wanted to like this
I honestly wanted to like it, but the book is really biased towards certain political views and opinions, and it made it hard to read it. i listened to "finding balance in the digital world" and it was so great, that I wanted to get more from Doreen, however by the second chapter I was sad to discover that Im not the targeted demographic for this book.
