Wonderful resource

Such an important topic, and the personal narrative helps to add to the credibility and effectiveness of this work. The author, who also narrates this piece, lets us into his world with specific examples from his life, which helped me understand the challenges much better as a non-HSP. I think listening to a book like this is also important for the target audience's parents so that we can provide guidance and support much more effectively. The journal prompts are very useful as well. I recommend you take a listen!
