There is no substitute for experience.
I have to commend Erik on a really great job here. Just finished the second book and looking forward to the third on audio books. His down to earth actual life experience is more valuable than what people are being taught in school about marketing.
While this is a no-frills likely single session recording, it is well organized. This fast paste two hour book is very much like a master class. Filled with basic business and more importantly solid strategies for the industry.

Good and short
I will recommend this book to everyone that manage a restaurant or bar, the question is what make you different? What is what people likes? Why will people go to tour restaurant or bar?
In other words make yourself unique, be one of the kind that people will want to come back over and over

Be the Show, not the commercial! that single line is worth the cost of the book & the time invested. But there is much more in both books from the author.
If you're struggling with marketing your bar or restaurant, I promise this book will help. If you "know" how to market, I promise there are things you've forgotten. This book will help. Good luck. Good job Eric!
