The theory is that people are either left-brained or right-brained, meaning that one side of their brain is dominant. If you're mostly analytical and methodical in your thinking, you're said to be left-brained. If you tend to be more creative or artistic, you're thought to be right-brained.

This is an excellent book for those that want to improve their relationships as well as find some clarity on the way they view the world. It gives many examples of human behavior and explains why we are the way we are. It is easy to relate to and understand.

Who would have thought a scientific book would hold my interest like this one did? I have anxiety, and it totally helped me to understand what is happening in my brain.

Fabulous book!!

I think this was helpful in separating physical anxiety from anxiety brought on by the mind. Even though they are inter connected I found it helpful and comforting to distinguish the two and find helpful techniques to use for either.

This book captured my attention right from the start and I had a hard time putting it down. This book is extremely helpful in understanding The neurological underpinnings of some of the wise practices we are encouraged to embrace.
