Este es un gran libro para la superación personal y la mejora de su vida. Hay consejos sobre cómo identificar problemas del pasado y cómo superarlos.Además habla de transformar tu vida para un futuro mejor. También fueron buenos los ejercicios prácticos que puedes aplicar inmediatamente para profundizar tu comprensión del niño interior y hacerlo sanar. El libro estaba muy bien narrado. Creo que vale la pena una segunda o tercera escucha.

La curación es un trabajo interno.
Recientemente, gracias a la ayuda de este maravilloso libro y otros similares, he tenido la experiencia iluminadora de darme cuenta de que la curación realmente se logra con el trabajo interior. Con tantos especialistas en salud mental promocionando medicamentos recetados, no es de extrañar que tantas personas se hayan desviado del rumbo y hayan optado por enmascarar su dolor en lugar de curar realmente la raíz. Es por eso que siempre recomiendo absorber contenido como este libro para ayudarlo a defenderse. Aunque no siempre es fácil revisitar traumas dolorosos, S.M Weng hace un trabajo brillante al crear un enfoque compasivo y saludable para curar las heridas internas. Las técnicas, los conocimientos y los métodos se explican adecuadamente y seguramente serán de beneficio incluso para el practicante de autocuración más consciente.

Este libro es esencial para cualquiera que esté luchando con problemas de autoestima, ansiedad, o la dificultad de aceptar nuevas experiencias. Ofrece una mirada profunda hacia cómo nuestras experiencias pasadas, especialmente las de nuestro niño interior, afectan nuestra vida actual.Mi parte favorita del libro es la que habla de los chakras porque yo lo practico a menudo y me identifico mucho con esa parte del libro.Recomiendo a este libro.

Mucho viene de cuando somos niños
Este libro es una excelente terapia de descubrimiento de nuestros problemas actuales y como relacionarlas con vivencias de cuando éramos niños que debemos sanar. El libro menciona técnicas para poder liberar emociones que guardaron esas vivencias, como nos causan problemas en el presente y como solucionarlo. Excelente lectura y audio.
