So much!
This audiobook has so much! It is just chock full of information. And The narrators voice is so soothing.
This is the first book I’ve ever read/listened to about chakras or twin flame. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was fascinating. But the author also mentions CBT which is think is great.
The book finishes with a guided meditation.

Empowering!
This book really hit the core of childhood trauma and how to repair, overcome, and heal that hurt inner child. Full of information to apply and learn from. Definitely requires being listened to a few times to really grasp and apply it all. I love the examples, quotes, and questions asked throughout the book to help one recognize the areas needing healing. The content is very empowering in being able to overcome past hurt and begin repairing the damage caused in our youth. :)
The narration was very slow-paced. I prefer a faster pace, but this slower pace does allow more time to really ponder on the information shared.

Amazing performance by the narrator and it is clear the the author put a lot of care into this piece of work. Lots of actionable steps to help heal your inner child and chakras. Lovely to listen to. The author grabs you from the beginning and doesn’t let go!

Release and Heal To Move Forward
This book got me thinking about my own inner child. Granted, I had a pretty good childhood, but it opened up my world to my own environment and especially how I am raising my daughter, whom I worry constantly if I am doing wrong or if shes going to come out damaged as an adult. I believe this book is a valuable resource to both heal my wounds and to help prevent me causing wounds on my daughters current inner child.
