I have problems with self doubt and this is like chicken soup for the soul with expert advice I will buy more from this author worth every penny I would post pics of book but I have a lot personal things I wrote in itI highly recommend this workbook to anyone who is seeking to strengthen this area of their life, I think you’ll find it helpful.

Exceptionally well written with good examples!!
Self esteem is a complex issue, but this book presents material on the subject in practical and simplistic manner. Self Esteem for Dummies is essentially a nice guide to help you identify your own self esteem issues and take steps to improve your self esteem. The good thing or bad thing about the For Dummies series depending upon your point of reference is that they often act as a starting point as though you have just splashed down from your home planet and have no concept of what self-esteem is or how it is useful in a human beings functioning

Most valuable book
Great book full of good and practical advice on realizing our value and worth.There are parts of this book that I even use with all my clients, not just those struggling with self-esteem issues. It’s easy to listen, and it makes sense. Will reread several times to maintain and implement methods and perspectives learned. I have listen a lot of female empowerment books and what I loved about this one was how they roped genetics as part of the confidence issue.

Very hard work, but worth it
I'm a private practice counselor and often, I find that the assessments in the book not only provide a good indication of how well each of my clients are doing from session to session, but each chapter also provides hands on homework for clients to take home to complete, reflect upon, and bring for processing results in next sessions.

It’s a good exercise book
I am an instructor and this book gave me numerous accommodating recommendations for managing low confidence. Kim Dispenza , it even helped me by and by with one territory. This book is written in such a way that I can take my time, digest each chapter, practice the understandable and applicable exercises and NOT feel overwhelmed. I started this book 3 months ago and just finished today. I took notes, highlighted, worked the exercises and FELT the changes in my life.

I enjoyed this book and I would like to recommend.
This very easy to read and the inspiring book has really helped me to live more of a positive and grateful life. Each Chapter gives you tips, suggestions, and resources to help achieve a positive mental and grateful attitude. I highly recommend this book to anyone! I really like the nuggets in this book it got me thinking of ways to improve myself. I'd recommend every person to read this book. This book is filled with repeatable experiences.

Noticed a difference in my daughter after the first day she did the workbook! Don’t know where we would be without it!This is a great way to teach kids to have a better self esteem. I thought the kids in my class really liked the stories and approached the workbook pages very thoughtfully.
