Publisher's summary

Men have been conditioned at a young age into thinking they only need to show one side: Strong and unemotional. Anything less than masculine perfection isn't worthy enough. As a result, many men struggle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, and feelings of inadequacy.

We all know that it's important for men to learn how to take care of themselves emotionally as well as physically. But most books on the topic are written by women for women which don't speak directly about what it means to be male in our society today. There is an urgent need for more information about this topic specifically geared towards men who want to improve themselves without feeling judged or out of place because they're reading something "feminine". The topic of self-love is not only for women. The book was created because there was no other resource out there for men in a way that is tailored specifically toward them.

Self-Love Workbook for Men offers a solution by teaching you how to boost your self-confidence from the inside out instead of relying on external validation through sex, money, or power. It will also help you build a stronger sense of self-worth without feeling doubt or shame. It will guide you on how to be more compassionate towards yourself and others around you so that you can experience true happiness in your life without having to rely on material things.

Other benefits you can get by listening to this audiobook:

  • Build a new, healthy view of masculinity that works for you
  • Feel the freedom to explore without shame or judgment from others
  • Get out of the cycle of self-loathing and depression
  • Know how to love yourself and be proud of who you are
  • Feel more confident in your own skin
  • Learn to accept your flaws and find what makes you special
  • Feel empowered to make the changes you want in your life

The more time you spend on yourself, the better off your life will be in every way imaginable. Self-love is an important part of living a happy life and this workbook will show you how to get there. The exercises at the end of each chapter are designed specifically to help men.

Don't wait any longer. Start living life on your terms today. Buy this audiobook now to change your life forever.

A few nuggets but dated

This resource has good intentions. There are a few good nuggets of advice for anyone, including men. I think it overplays the problem of stereotypical masculinity, as times are changing.

Not a self-love book for men AT ALL

The author thinks he's clever, a male feminist writing books about everything that's wrong with men and how they need to fix themselves, under the guise of an empowering self-love book.

Here I am, a man who's always respected women by default, in a world where men give women rights and protection, just to be berated and marginalized by law and society because a bunch of dead guys put restrictions on other people when they were still alive and in power. They're now gone, and everyone is equal in the first world with the exception of the previous first class citizens [white men] and here I still am, seeing all the books empowering women, telling them how hard they struggle and how strong they are for bearing it, while I, a man, go through hell just for being born a guy and not wanting to change my gender, and the only book I see in Audible for ME to be empowered and learn self-love WITH THE ENTIRE FIRST WORLD TELLING ME IM BAD BECAUSE OF WHAT I WAS BORN just tells me how bad I am, and how I need to fix myself before learning to love myself.

Male feminists [like the author] are tools. Feminism was invented to lift up women, but now they're not only our equals, they're ABOVE US and the only "good men" are only granted that label if they literally WORSHIP all women and never ever hold them accountable for ANYTHING. The only way to be a "good man" is to view all women as victims who are heros for existing as women, even though women don't experience any of the struggles men do, which are far worse than what women experience with the only exception being childbirth, and they can choose not to do that if it's too much for them.

Now that women have everything they were fighting for, feminism needs to be put to bed before men rise up and take back everything we gave to women.

The only appropriate position for EVERYONE is EGALITARIANISM.

If you can't handle there being ANY books for MEN to practice self-love without talking about everything you perceive to be wrong with them, tearing us down the way the world already does when all we want is to be told that we deserve to be loved [even if we can only love ourselves] you're part of the sexism problem and you don't deserve rights.

I want my credit back!!
