Incredibly helpful
Highly recommend for anyone who is stuck in old patterns - especially around upper limiting beliefs.
The author has a simple way to unpack and release them. I just finished the book and only have begun to unpack and I am already feeling a positive shift.

This book is changing many lifes
Jenni puts it in simple everyday language, and the storyline it's very relatable. It also tells you exactly how your mind works step by step and the reason why. It also shows you why it is easy to succumb to self-sabotage and how to avoid it.
She gives you practical step-by-step exercises to help you clear blocks and blind spots that otherwise would probably take years.
I bought the audible version this afternoon & “read” it uninterrupted in one sit. What I’m doing next is putting it to practice.
I don’t expect it to be a cakewalk; after all, you are talking about changing, adjusting the mind, how you feel, see, and perceive things, and keeping an eye on your habits and, the trickiest one, our emotions.
But it seems doable because Jennie simplified it. I can comfortably say that “I see the light at the end of the tunnel and know it's not a train,” and I'm looking forward to doing the work.
I am looking forward to coming back and doing a second report after I've done the exercises. I'm feeling hopeful.

Sticky emotions
Chapter 7 was extremely powerful. Oh the defeat experienced by one little soul meaning the very best things only to be cast down punished, and labeled! How crucial it is to be mindful of a child's world, so as not to shatter this very sacred gift of precious innocence and their unique love language.
