100% worth the read

Everyone in modern society should read this book, Drew has a fantastic way of explaining things in a beautifully blunt fashion which can be very convincing and confidence inspiring. This book is the perfect pairing for "The Anxious Truth" however this book is a great read for those without anxiety disorders as well.

Stop searching for more ways to fix your anxiety !!

I went to multiple therapists and purchased numerous breathing apps along with oils herbs remedies and followed neuroscientists on social media that are known to be the best experts and purchased endless books !😩😩 I legitimately did not find relief until I read Drews book and listened to his podcast and followed his Facebook page. The answer is truly within you all you have to do is follow what he speaks about. 🙏God bless his work

EXCEPTIONAL Book for Anxiety Recovery!

A wealth of very practical and simple things to do beginning right away that make a HUGE difference in reducing anxiety as well as overcoming disordered anxiety, including Agoraphobia and Monophobia!
The Author is HIGHLY educated in both his personal experience with his own recovery as well as his continued education in this very widespread topic! Relief at last! 👍👍

Very repetitive and not much meat

Play a drinking game and take a shot every time he says “lizard brain”, you will be 7% coherent. I was hoping for meat but it’s just so repetitive that I actually quit after 6 chapters. Just didn’t fit my style of learning.
