This is amazing

What did you love best about Pass Through Panic?

It will help you understand the causes and problems associated with stress and anxiety. With the understanding it helps guide you through the panic to eventually reducing it and hopefully eliminating it. Honestly it helps a lot. The cost of this could be doubled and it would be easily worth it.

What does Dr. Claire Weekes bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

This is truly a self help book

Dr. Claire Weekes is truly amazing, her book is truly amazing and meant for self help. It has helped me so much in my recovery from postpartum anxiety.

after 11 years of dealing with panic

after 11 years of dealing with panic and anxiety, this book has helped me more than anything. after listening to the first hour, I have been panic free for 3 days. that's the longest I've gone in a long time.

All hail Dr Weekes

Been struggling with panic disorder since age 8, I’m 40 now. This woman’s work has reframed the way I’m thinking and I’m actually believing now that I’ll be free of this. I was able to practice her methods recently and I avoided a panic attack. I celebrated all day

Awesomeness

Claire is cool. She knows how to talk and you can hear compassion in her voice. This book is about acceptance. But acceptance is a precursor for overcoming anxiety. I type overcoming anxiety into google and many people confirm.

THIS BOOK SAVED NY MIND!!

I was experiencing Anxiety and panic so bad that I could barely eat (pretty much forced food down), I felt completely fog-brained and thought I was losing it!, I also took many trips to the bathroom throughout the day! It was absolutely horrible! and it was honestly a nightmare!! Out of desperation I went on Amazon, searched high and low for any material that could educate and help me. I found this author and read the reviews and figured I'd give it a try. After only listening to half of the audio, my anxiety was completely gone!!! I honestly had no idea that such a miracle could take place!! I will also be listening to her book 'Hope and Help for your nerves' -as she mentioned that she goes into more detail about regret -One of the emotions I am dealing with. Please give this book a try. There is no risk; if it does not work for you, you will at least walk away with some knowledge regarding your situation --and maybe all of these pieces of knowledge will be what delivers you one day?! My anxiety was so bad that I told myself if I had to read ANY AND EVERY book on the subject, that I would -and although my anxiety is gone, I still plan on continuing to educate myself on the subject in order to ensure that I remain Anxiety free as well as to pass the messages along to help others. If you have a problem or challenge, remember that you have to attack it head-on!! Good luck and remember that this WILL PASS!
