I’m giving it a 4 only because it’s just a audio of her she’s not actually reading the book, still good material and it really helped but again not the book 😑

Dr Weeks is Brilliant

I've had agoraphobia w/panic disorder for 20 years. All of Dr Weekes' books are a great help. The presentation is wonderful like a therapy session w someone you've known for years. Highly recommend 😊

be sure to read her other books first. I used to have agoraphobia and now I don't. funny how that works.

THE BEST EVER! !!!! Doctor Weekes understands!

She will help you get better! Her technique doesn't require drugs of any kind, it just requires you to practice what she teaches to get better!
