A new dark comedy series by the creator of DeathCreator!
Shtulls had fought a bloody war for the human kingdom despite not being one himself. He watched his men die and struggled on until he beat the demonic emperor and returned home a hero.
But on the eve of his medal ceremony, he encountered a being that changed his life for better or worse.
Now he is cursed, poor, homeless, and without mana.
His curse forces him to say or do whatever he thinks is the worst thing possible and has robbed him of his honor and dignity.
But, in this standard videogame like world there must still be hope for the fallen hero.
Warning: This audiobook contains extreme violence, graphic and frequent sexual content, and a main character that is literally forced to do things that will make you cringe.
This audiobook has elements of LitRPG, Isekai, harem, fantasy tropes, and horror.

I guess that's where the main plot was suppose to pick up, but all the scenes were so disjointed, I became completely lost. From there to chapter 20 everything made little to no sense.
Chapters 1-17 were all hilarious. I literally laughed out loud and had to stop the things I was doing to recollect myself. It was mostly bottem shelf humor and over the top gags, but I liked it.
Chapters 21+ were mostly slightly confusing and alittle funny.
My real problem with this novel, is that everything was transitioning really well from event to event. Scenes made sense, and story progression was steady. Then I was bricked over the head with "plot" and ultimately jarred from the listening trance I was in. It was un-organic and seemed forced, not really matching the pacing from before.
It felt like the first half of the book was written in a single inspired sitting while the second half of it was the author coming in a week later after having lost his train of thought and grudgingly trying to finish what he started. It picks back up similar to how someone limps away from a car wreck and can't strut the way they did before.
At this point I'm rambling, so I gunna briefly run through the rest of my review.
-Voice acting was good enough, if not alittle over dramatic.
-Overall the editing was ok, with some minor moments where lines were delivered twice. (most likely someone forgot to cut one of the two different takes)
-Will I recommend this? yes. It was funny enough in the beginning that I felt I got my moneys worth
-Will I pick up the sequal? Probably not. I'll edit this review if I do.
Final score 2.5/5
It could probably be a solid 4.5 if there was some major rewrites and editing, but I don't see that happening.
Edit:
Soooo after finishing the story, I emded up liking it. Though Nothing really compares to the first half of this novel, it pulled itself back together and was enjoyable, if not still kinda humorous.
New final score 4/5
