With his laughing eyes and wild, rakish good looks, Lord Rannulf Bedwyn is a hard man to resist. To Judith Law, a woman in need of rescue when her stagecoach overturns, Rannulf is simply her savior, a heroic stranger she will reward with one night of reckless passion before she must become a companion to her wealthy aunt. Imagine Judith's shock when the same stranger turns out to be among England's most eligible bachelors, and when he arrives at Harewood Grange to woo her cousin. Certainly, they had made no vows, no promises, but Rannulf never did forget his uninhibited lover - nor did she forget that one delicious night. And as scandal sets the household abuzz, Rannulf proposes a solution. But when Judith refuses to have him - in love or wedlock - Rannulf has only one choice: to wage a campaign of pure pleasure to capture the heart of the woman who has already won his.

Would you listen to Slightly Wicked again? Why?
Probably. There's something for everybody; romance, deceptions, sex, mystery, revenge and maliciousness, familial love as well as jealousies and discourteous behavior toward family members, haughty class distinctions, a beautiful niece/cousin treated like Cinderella... plus .What was one of the most memorable moments of Slightly Wicked?
When the Duke's brother comes across a wrecked stage coach in the rain. Muddy roads make it impossible to set the stage aright so taking one passenger on his horse with him he sends help back for the others. Naturally he chose a pretty girl to ride with him. He pretends to be someone else, as does she. They spend 2 nights together before the rain lets up. While he is gone to rent a carriage to take her to her supposed destination, she leaves him by taking a public stage before he gets back. What about Rosalyn Landor’s performance did you like?
Difficult question to answer, as she always gives a great performance. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The lonely and mistreated poor relative, Judith Law, moved me to feel pity for her. Regardless of her plight in life she puts a smile on her face and tries to make the most of it.Any additional comments?
This is my second book in the Bedwyn Saga Series and both were well worth a credit. I enjoyed them both and look forward to more.Something For Everybody

Simply delightful!

The intimate scenes are very vividly described which, for a prude like me, is a little difficult to get through but I'm sure most people won't have a problem with that. I DID enjoy it overall.
Loved the storyline

The novel itself is very nice and gives full details allowing the audience an ability to lose themselves and become part of the story.
I gave 4 stars overall simply because I feel it was slightly longer than needed.
I will listen to the entire series!
