Excellent short. I'd love to read more

I'm not usually a fan of short audio books, but I legit enjoyed this one. The story gives you a glimpse into a future of zombies and possibly other creep tastic creatures. Hopefully, there are more books in this series. As always, the narrator is excellent. Definitely worth the listen.

Way too adorkable :)

Any additional comments?

LOL

I dove into this short story having not looked at anything but the name of the author (really, that's all it takes to sell me on anything Erik Schubach... but I digress..). So colour me wonderfully surprised when I realized that it wasn't quite what I had expected!

I won't give any spoilers in the hopes that someone else might have the same experience :)

I listened to this story three times in a row and I'll probably toss it on for a fourth a little bit later just to enjoy the cute and quirky interactions between Heather and Emma. These two have great chemistry and I really hope the story can be fleshed out into a full novel or series. There's a lot of potential for world-building here and I'd love to see what kind of take ES might have it!

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quick, fun, well-performed audio experience with all of the sweetness, quirkiness and badass female amazingness that is Erik Schubach (and the Queen of All Things Audio, Hollie Jackson)!

Batter Up!

Would you consider the audio edition of Snack Run to be better than the print version?

I have a soft spot for print since i have started reading since i was young, but i cannot deny that the audio makes the characters more alive to me and it feels like I am immersed into the story.

What did you like best about this story?

the fact that it's another take on a zombie apocalypse rather than being man made it's alien and that there are actual characters that are immune and can survive

What does Hollie Jackson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

making the characters more alive. I already have a wide imagination but she makes them more human when i hear it

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

it made me laugh yes but not that extreme of a laughter i CAN control myself you know but overall it was a very nice audiobook, a quick listen for a short ride on the bus or cab.

Any additional comments?

Keep up the good work I love hearing more!!!

Definately worth listening too

Defibately a book worth listening too. Short but interseting. Erik Schubach is a very talented writer. I have read all of his books and always look forward to a new one coming out.
