About this listen

Resonating with the body's natural circadian rhythms, this frequency promotes relaxation and sleep readiness while enhancing the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone, while decreasing sleep latency (the time it takes to fall asleep). It's also associated with delta brainwave activity, which predominates during deep, restorative sleep stages.

The light music relaxed my mind and I fell asleep. I have continued to listen to this when I feel stressed before bed.

It actually works 😴

This rhythmic sound gives you a very soothing and relaxing effect. Especially if you are practicing de-stressing before rest and sleep. 5 stars

Very relaxing and calming

This works great! I have a frequency generator and I also like to listen to 432 Hz on there as well. I do not get what that person was saying about banshee howling. It sounds perfectly fine.

Great! :)

This track helps me fall asleep so well that I know to just skip ahead to 2 minutes and 30 seconds in when she’s done talking.

it sounds like the narrator is eating the microphone. she is way too close or doesn't have a mute attached to the mic.

narration annoyance

llLove that it ends quietly, not waking you up to tell you it's done. Feel more rested, sleeping deeper.

Asleep within minutes

Too short. Needs to be at least an hour or play automatically on a loop. There should be NO narration. Why would anyone want to listen to someone explain this every time you listen to it? It’s sleep music. And the reviews saying banshees howling and other odd things, I just don’t get. It’s sleep hz frequency music and is very pleasant. I fall asleep pretty quick to it.

So far my favorite, but . . .

I’ve been playing this every night for the last four months to help me fall asleep. I can count on one hand the number of times I had to play it more than once a night. It usually knocks me out within the first five minutes.

Works Like a Charm
