audiobook for sleep

Bought this audiobook after many weeks of sleepless nights and all I can say is it did exactly as promised. I played it when I went to bed and went out like the lights. This guided meditation for full muscle relaxation and deep restorative sleep. By guiding both your body and mind into a state of complete relaxation before falling asleep, you will be able to fall asleep faster and enjoy a more sound sleep.Best nights sleep for ages.Thank you !

the music was nice, i did not like the halted choppy way the guy spoke. not what i would call relaxing.

It works ok I fell asleep

Maybe a little over dramatic for me . , but I fell asleep. Too much reverb - Like old movies when Abraham Lincoln spoke.😊

I wasn't sure what to expect.

I'd never tried anything like this before so I was skeptical. Weird at first but I fell asleep! I'm glad I tried it. It's probably not the audio book I'll keep using but I'm glad I tried it.

couldn't finish the story

it's supposed yo male you sleep and I went under quick! 4/5 for the story because I fell asleep before it was even done. I don't know at what time mark I fully fell asleep but it was peaceful

insomniac actually able to sleep ... nice

relaxing voice and soothing music. lull you right to sleep. honestly had so many issues with sleep in the past that I had a negative association with sleep so thanks for helping me catch some z's 😴
