It Seems to Work.

I dislike the verbiage used in this presentation, and concur with many of the criticisms expressed here by others, but this has worked for getting me to sleep where other audio efforts have not. Annoying but well worth a try...

The voice was soothing I really never finished the whole thing because I’m sleep after 7 mins so I guess that’s a good thing lol😀

This is not read in a way conducive to sleep

The music is good, but the narrator’s voice is fairly jarring for a sleep hypnosis recording.

Deep sleep!!

It truly worked for me, it helped me unwind and nod off directly after. The program shows you something new consistently, yet you additionally rehash what you recently realized. So you end up having a pleasant sleep daily.

Get stress-free

In this fast moving all God's creation, it is easy to get stressed out simply but by meditation that stress can be overwhelmed and this audiobook tells you how to do that.
