Deep sleep!!

It truly worked for me, it helped me unwind and nod off directly after. The program shows you something new consistently, yet you additionally rehash what you recently realized. So you end up having a pleasant sleep daily.

Get stress-free

In this fast moving all God's creation, it is easy to get stressed out simply but by meditation that stress can be overwhelmed and this audiobook tells you how to do that.

Good description

Robert Anthony has done a good narration. His voice is really calming and cool the mind down instantly. This audio book is really helpful for calming down the mind really fast before sleeping.

Not for me

Oh man this was pretty bad. The quiet beautiful music was interrupted each time by this guys voice and jarred my brain every time I heard it. And I think he has a lisp which bothered me.

Works.

The narrator’s voice is not what you’d expect. He has a voice similar to what you hear in a movie trailer. Some people may not like that, but I find it soothing. I used to listen to meditations and breathing exercises. This audiobook has been so much more effective.

How did i Get so relaxed?

When I first started it, i kind of laughed a little for myself of how he spoke, in That tone you know, like of wanting to sell me something. And he did. Within 15mins i was so relaxed and ready to sleep. I could not sleep right away because of i have a 2year old waking up at night, but it helped so much! I don’t think i have been so relaxed before bedtime in literal years. And i woke up actually refreshed. I can’t explain how it works, but i recently found out i respond well to guided meditations, so That can be it. I hope it works for you too!
