Very Useful
I found this book to be packed with helpful information about how our bodies use energy and processes the food we consume. The book gave me insight to understanding weight fluctuations and management. The book gets very detailed and technical, which may be especially helpful for those who want to drill down into the science behind all this. There's plenty of questions and answer dialouge, which makes it easier to understand the concepts.
The narrator has a British accent and goes over the material quickly. Overall , this is a recommended read, and the author is a physician, which adds to the validity of the information contained in this book.

I love this book! Great listening! 5 Stars!
I absolutely love this book. First of all, the narrator is actually fun to listen too. It's almost like listening to a classic Disney story. This book is filled with never before released information that can be used right away. And it's based on science. Dr. Kalfus explains things that should be complicated but he makes them easy to understand. Stay Younger is a must-listen-to book for everyone who want's to take control of their youth and health. I had no idea that I could control so much. I absolutely love this book! 5 Stars!
