Something different from the norm...

When I say something different from the norm, I just mean this is an area that has been covered so so many times in recent years, but this one stands out as it is more practical, better researched, more honest and just more interesting!

If you are into lean muscle, looking and feeling good, this is the only book you will need in my opinion.

Made sense

Intermittent fasting can be a complicated subject, so many different views on it but I now understand why someone else called this the bible for intermittent fasting. Finally all makes sense!

Keto stuff

Enjoyed it all but especially the keto stuff. Had tried ketogenic stuff so many times but it took the tips from the advice to finally maker the habit stick

Finally makes sense

Finally, FINALLY, intermittent fasting makes perfect sense and more importantly this book taught me how to REALLY do it and how to stick to it. Two weeks in and I have already lost some fat and built muscle using the techniques described therefore I am very happy. Some of the second part of the book was a little hard to follow and I had to re-listen to 3 sections but once I did and took a minute to let it sink it, it all made perfect sense. Very happy with this book.

MUSCLE!

The only book that actually seems to cover BUILDING LEAN MUSCLE (men and women!) on an I.T. and not just burning fat. The ability to do BOTH at the same time is what sets intermittent fasting apart from that rest
