About this listen

A practical guide for invoking the power and blessings of Tara, the beloved female Buddhist deity of Tibet

In her myriad forms, Tara - also known as the female Buddha of Tibet - has the power to protect us from inner and outer negativity, illuminate our self-sabotaging habits, cleanse mental and physical poisons, open us to abundance, give us strength and peace, help us fulfill our life purposes, and more. Here, listeners explore each of the 21 manifestations of Tara, engaging with each through traditional meditations, visualizations, praises, mantra chants, and the author's extensive experience as a depth psychologist.

Profound and life changing

This provides a very gentle and easy on ramp into the world of Tara. I found the Sadhana's (structured meditations) to be very clear and easy to follow. Rachael does a great job of introducing a complicated topic.

I love the way that the 21 Emanations of Tara are linked to her Jungian psychoanalytic caseload.

This form of mediation has had a dramatic positive impact on my life.

Beautful! But where is the PDF?

This is a great book, but the reader keeps referencing a document in the book for finding the mantras. Is this available?

Life changing no matter your belief system

For me, this will be a hear over, read over, and take notes. This book has real life application and I had never even heard of the Green Tara prior. The reader's voice and pronunciation is superb!

She's a teacher

Unless you want a teacher, this book will give interesting information, but probably be dissatisfying.
If you are ready for a teacher, the book with be heartening, guiding, educational, healing, and give you a well-described path to follow.
