Amazing book

I loved that the information is available, its straight to the point well explained and easy to follow. I thought it was a matter of sheer willpower but it comes down to what we practice on a daily bases. Powerful Book. This book was easy to listen to yet filled with so many great tips to start improving for the better.

Nice and Detailed

If you want to program your mind with self-esteem then get this book. It will guide you about that. Providing a learning approach. Easy to follow and apply to my daily life! Great stuff.

This is Worth A Ton!

It would be nice to have a reference that would boil all of this information down in an easily consumable form. In fact, I plan on making one myself and will post the link here when it is done. The ideas presented are valuable, but like any lasting change, the actions may be hard to consistently implement in your life. I recommend this book.

Great information

This book looks at creating and forming new habits in an entirely new way for me. At the end of every chapter, you are given a summary of the key points for that chapter and various techniques are offered for you to implement immediately to improve your life.

Excellent

A realistic and practical approach to self-improvement. It outlines pitfalls that are often not obvious, when one is embarking, starry-eyed, on a new journey. I enjoyed the structure of each chapter; it had a very logical layout. Additionally, the end of each chapter contained a bullet point list of the concepts covered with a quick summary of each. Very nice book, overcome them and keep the motivation toward the goal. Excellent author.

Great actionable ideas!!

This is an excellent and concise book. It is filled with great ideas for overcoming procrastination and achieving your goals. This book really goes in-depth. I learned way more than I expected to. I can't wait to implement everything that I've learned and become truly self-disciplined.

Easy listen with good tips and skills

Easy to listen and based on robust knowledge, gives you a practical and sustainable way to continuously learn about yourself and improve, not falling into cliche motivational phrases. There are so many great tips offered in the audiobook and I feel as if now I can conquer my social anxiety next time I am out in a big crowd. Really this audiobook is easy to listen with good tips and skills. Thanks, author.

Find your peace within.

This has been a very informative read and explains why my thoughts are running away with me. It's made me think about getting a bit of chill-out time to meditate and practice turning off all the negative stuff that is flying around in my head. A good read and something I need to practice.

Listen to when you need to sleep

The topics were interesting but found when listening on the bus I fell asleep within minutes. The narrator's voice is soft and monotone and this helps one sleep. I did like the questions at the end of each chapter. I was recommended this book at a conference I attended and it was just what I needed! Thank you.
