Great audiobook!
What made the experience of listening to The 5:2 Diet the most enjoyable?
This audiobook is just what I was looking for! I really liked learning the basics of the 5:2 diet, one of the fastest and simplest ways to burn fat and increase physical health. I’ll definitely give this diet a try!

Surely got it helpful and instructive as I began 5:2.Not the best but at $6.95 it's obvious to overlook the authors. If you follow this plan, you will lose weight and only time will tell if it stays lost for good.The 5:2 approach is really a recipe for life. You will observe less hungry much of the time because calorie limitation tends to reduce your overall hunger and maintaining normal eating days tends to reduce natural desires. As they say, try it, I think you'll like it.

Very monotonous. Half the book is reading recipes.
if you're looking for a good sleep aid this is it. The first three chapters are somewhat helpful the next two are repetitious the last four are horrible.

Simple and objective!!!
