Loved this second book!
This was a great review of the first book, and explains more about specific foods. The audio versions of these books are perfect for a little diet inspiration now and then. I can't wait to download the PDFs--I already restocked my fridge with great stuff!

Game changer in life lesson!
It's a shame I am waiting until I am 60 to "get it". Can't wait to reap the benefits of changing what I do, living healthfully. ok
I like this one better than the beauty detox solution. while it does tell you what you should not eat. it also tells you why to eat certain foods. I like hearing the positive aspects of a food. it motivates me to add them to my diet. The idea of adding motivates me more than the idea of subtracting. If I add the good stuff first maybe there won't be room for the bad stuff.

Scam to make money
What would have made The Beauty Detox Foods better?
I loved The Beauty Detox Solution and was very disappointed when I read The Beauty Detox Foods because it simply rehashes everything from the first book! It's blatantly obvious that it is just an easy way for the author to make more money without needing to put in the work to writing a sequel. Just reread The Beauty Detox again.
