I really love this diet, I didn’t even feel that I’m on a diet when I’m doing it. After listening to this audiobook, I immediately started this alkaline diet. After a week of trying it, I love the results. I lost three kilos’s already without exercise. I really love this diet and I’m planning to continue this diet to prevent diseases.
