About this listen

Imagine you could take a medically ordered prescription and an afternoon off for a temporarily mind-altering experience. By doing this once a week for several weeks, you might dramatically increase the effectiveness of your psychotherapy. It would have no medical risk, wouldn’t cost a lot (comparatively speaking) and might even save time and money by speeding the therapeutic process. During the experience, a friend would be with you for safety and support. Later, you would discuss each experience with your therapist to ensure you fully integrated what you’d gone through.

Would you do it?

The goal of this book is to help you decide.

I liked the book, but I’d like more research done on skizophrenia. I don’t think it’s right to polish all the orher disprders above skizo for use of ketamine when it is most liely because you don’t have enough info about skizo in relation to your current evolution.

I liked the tone and pitch

It is very informative but I found it to be a bit like an advert for Ketamine therapy. I would say though, as someone who does ketamine therapy, the information is very accurate. Worth a listen if you’re curious.

Good for those who want information about Ketamine therapy
