Wow, did I need this.
It wasn't until I got a few minutes into this one that I realized how much I needed to hear it. It's filled with tips and tricks, yes, but it's also really compassionate. This is a delicate area of self-examination, and it needs to be treated tenderly. Mission accomplished on that front. Great book. Excellent narrator. Recommend!!

YES YES YES!
I am so glad I found this book. I’ve mostly believed the truths in this book for awhile, but having them all in a succinct, clear, encouraging format was just so powerful.
I lost 65 lbs in about a year after intentionally focusing on health and a healthy mindset (exactly what the book talks about) instead of restrictions and diets. But, even though I felt great I still wanted to weigh less and when my weight loss stalled, I jumped right back into a dieters mindset.
This book was the breath of fresh air I needed to escape the cave of a dieters mindset and back into loving my body and having a health mindset. Thank you!
I listened to it pretty quickly and am planning on going back through to listen to each chapter to fully digest all of the truth.

A motivating listen
I've always been a firm believer that anything can be achieved with the right mindset and this book spells this out clearly. Having a negative mindset works against us and is not the way for us to achieve a healthy mind and body. The book also goes into the root cause for our bad eating habits. This was a really inspiring listen.

Good for those needing a mindset shift
I enjoyed this book. I have always struggled with weight my whole life and was picked on a lot in school…Which when you’re that age lead you to crash diet’s, fad diet’s things that don’t work long-term. Chapter 2 really resonated with me because that dieters mindset was definitely my mindset. I think this is a really good lesson especially for young girls struggling with body image.

Inspiring! Must listen for anyone trying to diet.

This audiobook is a great reminder to be more gentle with myself. The author tackles subjects such as setting unrealistic goals, accepting your body, and limiting beliefs. It solves falling into the trap of negative body talk and how to achieve freedom from doing so. It also offers many ways to achieve a healthy mind and body.
