Best keto diet cookbook. All recipes are taste and easy to prefer. Me and my family very happy with this book. Really great book, listen in one breath, loved it, as the author laid out the essence, worth to listen .

Highly recommended

I tried to do this keto life style so many times and nothing stuck for me. It was too confusing and hard. Until I got this book. I love all the information. It’s one of the best Keto guide for me and I am so thankful for it.

Excellent

A competent introduction to the keto lifestyle. It's a good place to start, but as you dig into this way of eating, readers will quickly out grow the content provided. The recipes are easy and edibale, but nothing that cannot be found online.

Great Keto cookbook for Beginners.

Great book for beginners to the Keto diet. I love Norrie Lemon easy to use charts for keeping track of macros and her charts for carbs, protein, and fats in foods. These make it much easier to keep track of your macros! There are lots of great recipes included in the book!

Absolutely Recommend this Book

With a little patience and adjusting the daily diet, losing weight is a breeze. A high-fat nutritional concept helps to achieve your desired weight. You do not really have to do without something. There are so many ways to cope with everyday foods.

Successful

I know a bit about the ketogenic diet and this book (actual3 books in 1) is by far the best I’ve ever seen. The guides go into great detail about what to eat and not to eat, how to tell if you are succeeding, and what to know to be successful.
