About this listen

Strong relationships are the key to personal and professional success. That is the lesson that Robert Hanson, owner of a struggling insurance agency, is about to learn. By following the advice of two surprising mentors and the natural connectors he meets through them, Robert uncovers powerful relationship-building secrets that have long eluded him even though they were always in plain sight. As you follow the transformative journey of Robert and his business, you will discover seven simple yet powerful rules for building business one relationship at a time.

Whether you are looking to move ahead in your career, build a team, or grow a company, this business parable from author Patrick Galvin will galvanize you into action and provide a clear path to success. The Connector’s Way builds on the relationship-building themes of classics such as The Go-Giver by Bob Burg, The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino, and How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.

It would be impossible for a business owner or any person for that matter not to be able to relate to this story. It elegantly and practically shows how we as people can do simple things to better our businesses and lives and it all starts, just like everything, with connecting to people. I will be recommending this book to many of my family, friends, and colleagues.

After reading this book, I'm making an effort to change the way my life and business are integrated. I'm taking more action to nurture relationships in more areas of my life.

What better recommendation for a business book is there than, "It spurred me to make changes."

The principles that Patrick Galvin espouses in this book are the very principles that have led my company to double our revenues every year for the past 3 years.

This stuff works. And for people like me, who are already in the choir... Patrick's preaching will call for still more powerful ways of being in our business and personal relationships.

The results... More revenue. Less burnout. More fulfillment.

Valuable way of life and business

Small book, Huge Impact

This was a great book with more timeless wisdom about building relationships and business in an ever increasingly social networked yet more social distanced world. Everything is all about people and the relationships we build as this book does so well at explaining through example after example. A quick but powerful little story that every small business owner can relate to at any level and use to take their business to the next level. Will read and reread again and again as I’m sure there are things I missed. A classic for sure!
