If you could sum up The Five Forces of Wellness in three words, what would they be?
Dr. Hyman knocks it out of the park AGAIN. He continues to tell us how to be well, how to heal our diseases and exposes Big Pharma and Big Food to us "simple folk." I have read and participated in the 10 Day Detox program and have been healed of a multitude of issues and lost weight. This program goes into greater detail explaining why we are sick, and the effects of toxins, chemicals and poisons in our systems. He is the new science, the new medicine and the new doctor, and, truthfully, there is nothing "new" here in terms of what we should eat - organic, pesticide free, whole foods that our Creator gave us, what our grandparents grew in their farms and ate.
