Life Changing
I really liked learning about the HearMath philosophy/solution. I look forward to incorporating the techniques taught into my life. My ability to manage anxiety better could definitely improve my human relation skills with family and friends. I look forward to learning from more books on this topic.
Difficult to understand the narrator/author because of heavy accident. This detracted from a positive listening experience for me.

I’ve been looking for this book for years!
Such a great book filled with outstanding research and guidance. I’ve been trying to understand HRV and coherence for a while. This cleared everything up and I have already started implementing the suggested techniques.

Great feeling when I finished it.
I learned what heart lock in is and practiced the method of visualize breathing from the heart while looking for an experience of compassion.
Loved to hear about the consciousness state that gets created when a large group of individuals are alive and with crossing realities. amazing how you can feel the state of mind of a person with up to 8 meters of distance.
To be honest I did had a hard time finishing it but that has happened to me with all the books Ive heard, so, maybe its a wrong approach I am having to hearing books.
That being said, enjoy this book and see you on the side of heart thinking.

The Story
will really it wasn't a story it was more a documentary but I really did like it I wish there was more known about the brain and the heart whatever did the heart I can't think I can't feel that's why when the heart is transplanted a person will crave things at the other person I had passed that the heart belong to did I'm glad they did my studies and put things out about it

Love learning more to get in tune with myself. It is amazing how we were designed. I am glad I bought this book.

This book is SO interesting! The information is presented very well, without a lot of rhetorical repetition. It is actually rather quick and easy to listen to. I plan on listening to it again.
