Publisher's summary

Create another revenue stream from your current client base and attract new clients by helping them with their commercial real estate needs.

The biggest trend in the commercial real estate brokerage business in the past decade is the number of residential agents involved with commercial transactions. It used to be very rare for residential agents to participate in a commercial lease or sale, but today, it is more common and acceptable to consumers and the commercial real estate industry.

This is due to several factors: more internet resources available for residential agents to learn about commercial transactions; more digital platforms for residential agents to advertise their properties for sale or lease; and more flexible residential brokerage companies.

If you have ever thought of getting involved with commercial transactions but were hesitant because it seemed too difficult, this audiobook will dispel those self-imposed limitations and put you on the fast track to earning more with commercial transactions.

Good Comm'l Real Estate Starter Resource

Wish this resource had greater content and went deeper, but author did suggest a handful of other outside sources to research and study. Overall, a lot better resource than others I've read that are usually very general and vague in their information. Brian Hennessy is someone I'd trust to mentor me in his coaching system.

New to commercial - start HERE!

I have been a residential realtor for several years and have a client insisting I help them with commercial deals. I had no clue what I was doing and have been trying to figure it out on my own. There is a lot of information out there and it is hard to know where to start.
I strongly recommend this as a starting place for anybody looking to do commercial real estate. It helped me get my footing and I can’t wait to dive into Brian’s other books and online course next!
Thank you Brian!

Not worth it

The information in this book can be easily be found online. Most of the book is just references to other books and websites. There is no real substance as far as how commercial financing is structured, where to direct clients for loans, how to evaluate properties, what documents to use, how to draw contracts, etc. This would be fine if it wasn’t called a “handbook” and instead called, “don’t be hesitant to venture into commercial real estate and also network.” I’m sure the author meant well, but there is much to be desired. I don’t feel I have any better knowledge-base than when I began this book.
