A Priceless Life Lesson
I was uplifted by this audiobook, so beautifully narrated with such encouragement. It starts off with a sound description of the poor state we're in when we need to self heal and then it explores many methods in how we can heal our souls such as Reiki therapy, sound therapy, yoga and more. All the techniques are thoroughly described.
We've all felt down at times and I was able to relate to my experiences of depression in my youth. Although I'm more in control of my emotions now, I could still use some of the advice from this book. A must read.

Always a pleasure to listen to a self-healing book
I loved this book. The narration is so clear. The energy is just what you need for emotional, mental & physical healing. My favorite chapter is chapter 4: The Reiki Master. I forgot how this linked this is to sleep. A wonderful part about this book is the discovery factor of new self-healing methods. I keep coming back to my favorite chapter. An amazing resource for self-care.
I have always wanted to learn more about chakras and this book gave me an easy to understand description of what they are and how they affect my body. I’m so thankful I now have a better understanding. I’m very excited to try Reiki treatment as well.

Good overview for those considering self healing
I work with clients helping them with personal development and growth. While I knew a little about some of these self-healing processes, I haven't used them. This book clarifies various treatment modalities and helped me understand the deep courage it takes for people to embark on this journey. For anyone seeking to confront their pain in order to move past it, the book offers options, suggestions and thoughts they may find helpful.
