Great book

Inspiring book, I love that this book does not pretend to be a one fixed solution for everyone. I am on the journey to better health and finding joy and this book was perfect for me!

A easier on the eyes perspective on how to take charge of your health and life

I loved so many concepts and perspectives from this book. I started implementing breathing through my nose from when I first read it and now at the finish line, I already feel a difference. I feel so confident now on maintaining my health and this book really cut through the layers and layers of noise and provided alot of relief from the pressure we experience being on social media and hearing so many different opinions on how we should live our lives. I'm ready to take charge and become my best self!

A Great Journey To Well-Being!

I truly appreciated the honesty and understanding that we are not perfect but want to start making changes. This book helps you where you are at and gives tiny bite sized suggestions to implement. This is a book I will be revisiting again. I highly recommend it!!

This is one of those books that I want all my loved ones to read. And- I love that they hired a great narrator (most non-fiction writers should imho). Loved it. Enjoy!!
