This approach came in the form of reducing our carbohydrate intake (foods such as pastas, potatoes, and other foods that struggle to digest) and increasing our intake of foods that burn faster (such as healthy fats). Healthy fats also offer many more nutritional benefits that promote better organ function, anti-inflammation, antioxidants, better immunity, and an improvement in our mental health and concentration levels.

With all of these benefits, I was sure to explore the diet and see the results for myself. The transformation in such a short period of time has been mind-blowing. I didn’t think that such positive change could happen so suddenly and leave me feeling healthier, happier, and fueled with sustainable sources of energy.
