I met Agapi at a Better Together with Maria Menounos event. Agapi spoke with me and she was exactly who I need guidance from. She gave me a few things to focus my attention on and I have been doing those things as well as starting the day with these meditations which fill me with joy! Great for diverse situations and states of mind

Inspiring!
I was inspired by the gentle nature and honesty of Agapi’s meditations. They are a great way to connect with our inner truth about so many different issues.
I read the book, and found this audio series to be a really great companion to it. This series of meditations really did help me find a lot of clarity. I’m grateful!
