I like the fact that it is not 'salesy'! This might sound like a contradiction but it isn't. I love that the focus is how to improve yourself so that you bring more to the table for your customers.Which scene was your favorite?
The part of the book that hit me the hardest was about technology and the fact that it should be helping you, not running your day. I was spending a lot of time responding - this helped me to take charge opening up time to focus on activities that were much more helpful to becoming better at my job.Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I am a fan of The Miracle Morning and wasn't sure if I 'needed' this book in addition to that one. I'm so glad I went for it. So many AHA moments for me and little things that I know but had forgotten in the daily grind were great reminders. Also, I like the tone of the book and felt coached and not hard sold on this process or that. Incorporating just a few of these ideas in conjunction with The Miracle Morning - will set me on a new trajectory! I am already reading it again and can't WAIT for the workbook!!Highly engaging, helpful and inspiring!
