Great book

This book is a definite must listen. Felt really short but perfect for people that don’t have a ton of time.

Empowering, succinct, useful

Love the message and wisdom in this book!!! Did not like the narrator style at all! She made it very hard to focus on content. Very robotic! Odd and incorrect fluctuations. The narrator is as important as the book itself. Would not listen to another book with this narrator.

awful

narration was terrible.
was basically an hour of affirmations and reassurance that money doesn't matter.

No real HOW, monotone voice

The book talks about the issues with caring about what others think but offers no real strategies as to HOW to stop. Given that HOW is in the title, I was significantly disappointed. Also, the reader is pretty monotone and boring to listen to, even at 1.5 speed. At least it was a super quick read, so not a huge amount of time wasted.

Not worth the effort

This book (booklet really) did not offer much enlightenment. Basic common sense information with nothing to back up the author's opinions. The reading was dry and unemotional. Don't waste your money.
