Yes this is a valuable audio-book and well worth the listen if you want to work on your ability to have a clean relationship....that's how I think about it...or 'cleaner', ie: with less unnecessary stress. It teaches you about your (or your partner's) attachment style/s and what to be aware of. Essentially, it helps you understand yourself and others what we are doing to try to fulfil our needs. There are some useful exercises and approaches to dealing with those difficult moments and how to give yourself a new perspective.

Break Free From Old Relationship Patterns
I think this book will be a real help for anyone who’s ever struggled with emotional ups and downs in their relationships. It’s not a book stuffed with deep psychological theory, but rather it’s a hands-on, accessible guide to improving your relationships.
The “Pause” concept—basically taking a step back when emotions are running high—was one of the most helpful tools for me. It’s something that I think anyone could start to use straight way in their own relationship.
I can’t recommend it enough. If you’ve ever felt like you can’t break free from unhealthy patterns—whether you're anxious, avoidant, or just find yourself stuck in cycles of fear and distance—this book offers a real path forward.

Your guide to becoming securely attached
Anyone can obtain the secure attachment style through self-work and awareness. Oftentimes, we are unaware that attachment styles even exist, and what's worse, it usually comes from our subconscious programming that took place as a culmination of all our experiences in life up to this moment. This book does a wonderful job of explaining each of the attachment types and how to become securely attached based on your current style. Highly recommended for anyone who has trouble with relationships, and tends to fall into the same patterns without knowing why.
