This book straightup made me rethink my kinda push pull relationship habits with simple breakdowns of attachment styles and practical exercises, well the “Pause” strategy and that daily secure attachment diagram? Total lifesavers. Got a little repetitive, but it’s super solid

It definitely touched a nerve.

I had a long-distance relationship that didn't work out, and now I am scared of being in a relationship again. This book has strategies to overcome dark thoughts and fears. It also shows case studies which makes the book more reliable. I think that if you practice the strategies and methods in this book, you can little-by-little overcome your fear in relationships. I also enjoyed the reader's performance.

A 5 star book!

Yes this is a valuable audio-book and well worth the listen if you want to work on your ability to have a clean relationship....that's how I think about it...or 'cleaner', ie: with less unnecessary stress. It teaches you about your (or your partner's) attachment style/s and what to be aware of. Essentially, it helps you understand yourself and others what we are doing to try to fulfil our needs. There are some useful exercises and approaches to dealing with those difficult moments and how to give yourself a new perspective.

This is so helpful for my relationship!

I’ve always thought that my relationship was good, but I didn’t realize that there are some things that I could improve upon. I thought the information on breathing and visualizing was good. I tend to emotionally overreact and now I have the tools to make change possible. The stories were really helpful as well!
