The second book By Wim Hof this week. This one gives you not only an understanding of the Wim Hof Method, it also gives you a deep look into Wim Hof the man and his attitude towards life. Which is one of great passion for himself and others. I enjoyed this audio of The Iceman Speaks.

Loved it & So fun to listen to Wim speak freely.
Loved the entire thing.. & loved listening to Wim tell his story & speak freely abt his views on life in general.
The only thing I didn't like (at all!!!!) was the interruption openings "by SoundsTrue" voice introducing ea chapter. So annoying.. but didn't diminish at all the rating of this bk.

Learn how to Master stress through Epigenetics
Wim freestyles for the most part. It gets a bit repetitive in parts, but I don't mind. The message is clear. Believe in your power. We all can be the change we are looking for in life. Who knew it would come from a crazy Dutch missionary, without Dogma! I need to get back into the deep. FOLLy In!
